I had an pleasant accomodation to Klausnerhof hotel. Easy to reach by bus. All the staff was really professional and heart-warming and made me feel great! The room, the spa and the common areas were extra clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas! I would definetely travel there again!!!!

Unser fünftägiger Skiurlaub im Klausnerhof war hervorragend. Das Essen besticht durch eine exzellente Qualität und das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Familie Klausner, die mit großer Sorgfalt und Herzlichkeit im Haus überall präsent ist. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich im fünften und sechsten Stock: Vom Panorama-Pool und der Sauna aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Hintertuxer Gletscher. Der Saunaaufguss mit „Franz von der Alm“ war dabei ein besonders unterhaltsames Erlebnis. Auch unser älteres Zimmer hat uns überzeugt, da es sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten und geräumig war – und sogar Gletscherblick hatte. Die Lage ist für Skifahrer ideal: Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur 80 m vom Hotel entfernt und der Skibus erreicht die Talstation in nur 3 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisches Frühstück, nettes Personal. Für die, die Annex buchen: Speisesaal und der Wehr schöne Wellnessbereich sind problemlos über einen Durchgang im Haus erreichbar. Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog.
