"Room was not ready on time due to large convention occuring at hotel the same day, so the reception offered to hold luggage and granted lounge access while we waited. However, no one was in the lounge (employee) when we arrived and there wasn't any direction on potential restroom available or other perks available in the lounge. "A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer.
My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. No notice on the desk and no call bell to ring. After almost 15 mins a staff member appeared. She said she'd been handling some room service. I think a notice on the desk may...

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport.
It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport.
Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine.
A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket.
Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"I was very upset as big name of Holiday inn hotel
I came by train from Rotterdam to Brussels by train in airport I was waiting for shuttle bus almost 1 hour waiting outside in cold . After I took taxi to hotel .
Cost me money to get to hotel they should have shuttle every 30 mins in this kind of hotel . Very upset "

"The breakfast buffet was very nice. The hotel location was right in the center of things. It can be noisy at night but it didn’t go on too long. The shower soap was empty. A curtain had broken fasteners so Isaac was wonderful and tried to fix it. He comped me for breakfast which I really appreciated. I would stay here again!! "
