"The property was nicely situated, amongst trees in a small old office park. Although the back rooms are right against the highway and some front rooms are right against a mini basketball court, otherwise quiet with leaf peeper fall tourists.
Very weird that they charge $10 for parking when it is in a semi rural setting, something my travel site did not highlight.
The room layouts were nice, as was having a kitchen/living area. Vanity area was spacious, great hot water and water pressure. Bathroom and kitchen were perfectly cleaned, very rare compared to some other mid to budget level hotels in the area (& I have tried almost all of them).
Staff were with-it and professional. Breakfast area very welcoming & not cold & institutional like many other hotels. Buffet area and selections were nice, but quality of the eggs & sausage a little unappetizing.
My mattress was in dire need of replacing: it was squishy and very concave on both sides, so it did a number on my generally good back. Sheets were 50/50 polyester but at least not 100% that a lot of hotels are using in the area.
Aside from mattress it was overall a very pleasant stay."
