At first I was sooo disappointed…only provide 1 towel per person every other day. It’s white and if you get it dirty they charge you. LOUD and very very basic. A/C absolutely sucks. No hand soap, or toiletries of any kind. But the staff is so nice it made up for it.

Good option for an oceanfront property. Good location. Very basic but clean. The tradeoff for the reasonable price is that local live music next door is very loud until long after midnight. We thought we could avoid that problem by staying on Sunday and Monday nights. We were wrong. Bring your earplugs.

Lugar bien ubicado, el problema es el ruido. No tiene estacionamiento cercano y funcional, aunque el hotel, me dio solución, me genero un gasto adicional y molestias para guardar y sacar el automóvil. Aunque las personas fueron siempre muy amables

Don't blame the hotel blame the bars on the b
Book last minute for an impromptu stay overnight from Puerto Vallarta. Staff was knowledgeable and honest the noise at night Saturday night until Sunday was unbearably loud. I thought the noise might end at two and when it didn't end at four I thought it might end at six. the music went on until 7 AM Which has nothing to do with the hotel, but the bars close by.
I cannot warn you enough, do not book this hotel. Upon arrival I was told my reservation did not exist and that the hotel does not work with hotels.com and it must be a scam and to “block my credit card so I don’t get charged”. I was left stranded with nowhere to go. I asked the receptionist Azul if they had a room available and they were able to accommodate me for one night only, claiming the hotel was fully booked. The room I was given was 1.5x the nightly price I was quoted on hotels.com and nothing like the room I had initially booked. The room, although clean, was falling apart and smelled like damp laundry that had never fully dried. I thought this would be the worst of it, but it wasn’t. Music blasted from the bar below until 4am, with secondary music continuing past that until morning. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am now currently fighting to ensure I am not charged for a hotel reservation I was not able to complete, and have spent exponentially more than planned to arrange alternative accommodation.
