Both mornings no breakfast, couldn’t use the pull and when we asked for extra towels because there are 5 of us and only 3 in the room they literally asked “how many people live with you?” Just odd, the room was clean and you can tell the hotel is updating on the inside. "We left before breakfast so didn’t try it. Staff was polite. Parking was plentiful. Only problem was no hot water in our room. Didn’t know until we got up the next morning for showers. I told the desk clerk on the way out. A shower would have been great but had to go without. Clerk said that room had just had a plumber out to fix that. May I suggest that someone check to see if what needed to be fixed is actually fixed. "

"The check-in process was very easy. The passcode to get into the cabin was provided about two hours before check-in. Upon arrival, the cabin was very clean and stocked with necessities. I was able to keep in contact with the staff via text and they were very prompt to respond."
