"We were given a twin room despite booking a double room, we were too tired to question because of the language barrier. The television downstairs was on constantly, even when no one was watching it, and was very loud, we could hear it in our room with the door closed. The bed linen was dirty and the floors were filthy underneath the beds, the furniture provided was cheap and falling to pieces. "Got a phone call from the receptionist, we had left some medication in the room, receptionist found my number, added international dialling code for the UK , travelled back 160 km to pick up medication, we couldn’t thank her enough "

"Room was ok, floor was a bit grubby. Its a stunning looking building. High up overlooking Alcaniz. Bar is beautiful. Its a bit of a steep walk down & back to the town. We stayed on a Saturday night & the bars were buzzing. Plenty of dining options. "
