We didn't eat breakfast. Staff was absolutely excellent. Could not have neen more helpful and friendly. Elevator broke (not while we were in it) but the staff was there right away. Upgraded our room to the reno'd one with a view. Gorgeous.

The front desk staff were very helpful and made our stay easy and comfortable. The hotel offered extras for guests in town to visit a local hospital. They allowed us to use their shuttle service to and from hospital, saving us taxi fares and a lot of hassle. We really appreciated the extra support.

The staff were absolutely lovely! They kindly moved our room from the old building (which is quite a bit dated and sad-feeling) to the new one for only $20 more. I do wish parking was included, but overall it was a great room and I love the walkability of the location!
