"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place "

High quality tea and coffee plus biscuits in the room and to top it all an excellent breakfast the next day. "Flint cottage part of hotel amazing, clean and spacious, bed so comfy and bath superb . Pool lovely too and had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back. Short trip to Canterbury made it an easy place to visit"
