"The hotel was very good. The rooms were spacious, and it was great that the windows could be opened. The staff were outstanding, from reception through to housekeeping.There were only a couple of minor drawbacks. The property is located about five miles from the Old Town, and the gym could have been cleaner."

"In my opinion the most important thing about it is the location close to the old town, a shopping mall with grocery and lots of restaurants and cafes. My phone in the room never worked, the tv doesn’t have channels in English or Spanish and only few of them worked. Bathroom is ok and there is no coffee machine in the room. The safe in the room was not working properly so the lady at the front desk gave us a key to open and close it."

"The Radon is a nice property and close to the Sarajevo Airport. We never could get the temperature right in the room and went to the front desk wherein they set the temperature remotely. Other than that, great stay, friendly staff, and got a taxi to take us to the airport at 0430 in the morning."

"1 von 5 Sternen Leider kann ich dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel uns auf, dass es unangenehm nach Schimmel und allgemein sehr muffig roch. Am schlimmsten war jedoch das Bett: Die Bettwäsche wirkte, als wäre sie nicht gewechselt worden, und roch eindeutig nach „benutzt“. Da wir erst gegen 01:45 Uhr nachts im Hotel angekommen sind und nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, war es zu spät, um noch eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption einzureichen oder das Zimmer zu...
