"Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....

"Excellent and scenic location and first class facilities. Staff was helpful. Margaret was very helpful and welcoming. She is a conscientious worker and courteous. I enjyoued talking to her. Pam helped us to celebrate our family reunion on her own initiative. She exuded warmth and we felt welcome there. "For the price this was a fantastic selection. The room had everything you needed except a coffee maker. We headed out at 5:30 AM one morning and would’ve been nice to make coffee in our room since the breakfast didn’t start till 630. I enjoyed the breakfast which included croissants and a made on the spot cheese omelette. Even though Econolodge is part of a chain there were lots of little Santa Fe touches in the furnishings and decor."

"Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine."
