Viaje Hotel Downtown Cairo
Hotel was under construction with only two floors that were finished. Staff were unhelpful. When we checked in we had to wait over 1hr to get a room. We arrived after midnight and the room they gave us was not the right ones. They corrected this for the following night. Would not recommend this.

The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo
Great experience. One thing that was problematic was that cold drinks were not included in the total price. Especially water, water should not have been an extra cost during meals. Fantastic staff!
