I usually stay here during business trips because it’s conveniently located near the convention center. The rooms are typically very spacious, and the staff is friendly. However, during this stay, I noticed a lack of proper maintenance in the room, including water stains on the ceiling. Unfortunately, I also encountered roaches both in the room and the hallway. I’ve reported the issue and hope it will be promptly addressed by the management team.

Staff are friendly, respectful and courteous. Breakfast and dining options are excellent. The location is very good, near a big shopping centre, bakeries, restaurants, transportation, not far from the airport despite being in the city.

Its a building that has not been upkept in ages. Rooms are big but terribly old. Doors dont lock (extra lock doesnt even go in the door). Cleanliness was ok but not what id expect from this brand. Staff is very friendly. Shame about the lack of care of the building

This is probably one if the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. Have to change rooms 3 times. I finally realized that the hotel is just a dump. Filthy and mold everywhere. Breakfast was inedible... eggs with shells mixed in. Tried charging me a bunch of stuff from mininar in room. Just a horrendous stay... couldnt wait to check out

Great location for Expo Norte Convention Center, but that’s about it. Hotel staff is incompetent at best and frankly don’t give a shit any way. I called the hotel as I was the wake-up call for my son who was there competing in a tournament. The person who answered did not speak English and had no interest in trying to help. I tried messaging and Google translating to no avail. I tried to relay the fact that it was an emergency to get a call through to the room and was put on hold. I was then disconnected and no one picked up the phone for the next hour. I understand completely that English is not the native language, but the people that work here should at the very least be able to communicate.
