The highlights included: excellent breakfast with delicious fruit, a very responsive front desk staff, and location (right in between Ipanema and Cococabana). Areas for improvement: the bed was very worn out and clearly ready for replacement (there were clear indents from years of people sleeping in it), the pool was tiny and not inviting, and the sheets were extremely old and warm down. I recommend that they update beds and sheets.

Good Hotel in a strategic safe position in Jardim

Good Hotel in a strategic position in Jardim and 10 min walking to Avenida Paulista; the hotel is not new but well kept, room was very clean and confortable, good plus was the small kitchen inside. Small bottles of water was not complimentary. Did not try Breakfast. The reception staff was great and they allow me late checkout till 3 pm, much much appreciate. i will come back

Nous avons demandé de l’aide et un technicien est tout de suite intervenu, mais sans succès. On nous a alors proposé de changer de chambre, mais c’était largement pire car celle-ci n’avait même pas de fenêtre mais un simple volet.
