Foi a segunda vez que eu me hospedei no Summit. Acredito que o hotel só tem a melhorar cada vez mais, pois esta segunda hospedagem foi muito boa. Destaque para a limpeza, a recepção, cujos funcionários sempre simpáticos e solícitos. Sem contar a localização do hotel, que é perfeita! Pessoal do café também bem atenciosos. Com certeza, hospedarei outras vezes. simpáticos e solícitos.

O hotel possui uma equipe super gentil e solícita. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos. Tem uma ótima localização, ficando a poucos minutos da Avenida Paulista. Únicos pontos que deixaram a desejar foram uma goteira que estava ocorrendo no registro do banheiro e a baixa resistência da mesa do quarto, ela sacudia bastante enquanto usava o notebook, chegando a atrapalhar o uso, mas felizmente não ocorreu nenhum acidente.

As instalações do apartamento bastante precárias, box do banheiro sem porta o que proporcionava encharcar o banheiro de água após cada banho. A porta eletrica do apartamento não abria, fazendo com que tivessemos que descer do 19º andar ate a recepção no térreo para que renovasse a chave todos os dias. Café da manha muito ruim. Sem ducha para o vaso sanitário. Avisamos na recepção que iriamos estender a estadia até as 18h, porém, quando fomos ratificar o horário, o funcionário da recepção nos avisou que não seria possivel porque o hotel estava lotado. Isso depois que ja haviamos acertado para ficar. Tivemos que nos mobilizar com urgência para desoculpar o quarto. Ficamos no hall

Sou PCD. Fiquei quase 40 minutos esperando para fazer o check-in porque a recepção estava apenas com um atendente e ele teve que responder a diferentes queixas de outros hóspedes. Além disso, o quarto que fiquei apresentava sinais de mal conservação, cama ruim, e o café da manhã parou a reposição dos alimentos as 9h da manhã apesar de ir até as 10h. O frigobar não é abastecido no quarto.

O quarto inicialmente disponibilizado era péssimo. Cheiro de mofo, chuveiro não esquentava, toalha furada, porta sem acabamento que não vedava a luz do corredor, além de cobertor muito fino. Após uma noite horrível, foi pedida a troca do quarto e aí sim fui alocada em um quarto compatível com um hotel com algum conforto. Sugiro que as pessoas busquem outro local, caso tenham que se hospedar lá assegurem-se de conseguir um quarto reformado
