Boa pousada

A hospedagem é boa, paramos só para dormir e seguir viagem. Nao conseguimos tomar café por causa do horário. No site estava falando 6:00 mas na verdade é 6:30 prefirimos seguir viagem e tomar cafe no caminho.

Infelizmente dessa vez a experiência foi bem ruim ... eu adoro essa pousada já fui outras vezes, mas com o episódio da tempestade a cidade ficou sem energia, sem Internet, um caos, e a pousada não conseguiu atender a demanda de hospedes com um gerador, por sinal é bem fraquinho, o banho foi frio, mal teve água para escovar os dentes... pior que neste dia havíamos convidado um casal de amigos para ir conosco, minha amiga ficou ensaboada no chuveiro pq o gerador não suportava e caia a todo momento, a pousada deveria ter nos dado a opção de mudar a data das estadias, pq não havia estrutura para receber os hospedes, entendo o episódio climático, mas acho que neste caso deveriam informar para quem quisesse voltar em outra data , enfim... para manter a agenda num caos, precisa adequar o local para atender as necessidades, pois é vendido um serviço, se ele não está devidamente disponível, deve ser comunicado e reagendado!

Gostei do local, fácil acesso, infelizmente não tem acessibilidade (para quem tem mobilidade reduzida terá certa dificuladade), os atendentes super simpáticos, pude pedir lanche pelo ifood, a moça indicou outras opções de refeições também. Só senti falta de uma tomada com USB, esqueci o adaptador do meu carregador e foi meio complicado recarregar o meu celular.

Pousada que agrada aos hóspedes.

Estadia ótima com os atendentes atenciosos,prestativos e nos deram orientação sobre restaurantes e pontos turísticos. Muita gentileza em fornecer cafezinho e chá com biscoitinho á tardinha e balinha na recepção, o que muito nos agradou. Isto é um diferencial da pousada que nos cativou.

Excelente experiência

Pousada simples, porém extremamente organizada, limpa, funcionários muito gentis e educados. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, com frigobar, tv e até cofre. O café da manhã é excelente, muito completo, melhor que muitos hotéis que já me hospedei. Voltaria com certeza!
