The room was very unique with beds on both sides of a large curved room. But it works! The view was great. Lots to do nearby. Parking was a bit difficult as nothing is clearly marked when you pull into the tunnel where Uber and valet all combine into a tight space. Staff was amazing!!

Perfect location! The staff were so friendly and kind. They helped me to learn the language and were patient with my horrible Portuguese lol they were also quick to point out ways to have fun and stay safe around the city.

Great property for a convention, group event, or weekend in São Paulo but not a safe neighborhood for walking. The TAXI stand is just outside the lobby and it feels a world away from the safety of the hotel. Great restaurant on site, but the bar was closed for some weird reason when we stayed.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. This first started with our check-in process with Joaom who was extremely friendly and took his time giving us personal recommendations for the city as well as all of Brazil since we are traveling around the country. The rooms as mentioned are a bit dated in furniture, but the location was convenient, everything was clean. The area itself seemed safe enough, but we didn’t really spend much time there. The main areas of the hotel were very nice though. Elevators could be tricky in the mornings but that’s to be expected. Overall we were happy with our stay, it’s a good basic hotel for anyone visiting the city and I would recommend it to visitors in the future! Security guards were also very friendly and helpful, reminding my boyfriend and I to stay within the hotel-grounds when using our cell phones.

The only positive was the friendly check in staff member. He was great. But the hotel is tired and in need of a refurb.

The safe in our room did not work. After the problem was escalated to the management they had to bring in a new safe as the old one was beyond repair. The TV remote control did not work. The shower door was crooked and did not close properly. The breakfast was very limited and of poor quality. Housekeeping was nonexistent. They just would not clean our room unless we complained to the management. The street noise could be heard inside the room no matter what floor your room was on. We would not come back to this hotel.

The safe didn't work in my room. The front desk said they'd send somebody by to fix it (room 2204) and they never did. The doors don't close properly, there are clearly marks on the room doors off people trying to break in. This hotel does not take security seriously.

Equipe excelente. Localização maravilhosa. Equipe muito atenciosa e gentil. Apartamento muito bem higienizado; porém, o colchão e travesseiros são muito desconfortáveis.
