Apartamento limpo, bom tamanho para família e confortável. Localização excelente, com muitos restaurantes, padarias e mercados. Cozinha equipada ok. O ponto negativo é que fizemos a reserva para 4 pessoas e não havia roupa de cama ou toalhas para 4 pessoas (apenas 1 toalha de banho!). A sala com sofá cama para as crianças não tem ar condicionado e fez calor durante a noite. Como chegamos tarde e fizemos apenas o pernoite, não chegamos a entrar em contato com o locatário para solicitar roupa de cama e os itens fizeram falta.

Localização e comunicação excelentes.. estrutura do prédio muito boa.. check in atrasou por causa do hóspede anterior e não por causa do proprietário. Limpeza geral ok, somente do piso que estava empoeirado provavelmente por causa do pouco tempo entre trocas. Havia lâmpadas queimadas que não chegaram a atrapalhar a estadia. Banheiro e chuveiro muito bons. Vista maravilhosa. Voltaria com certeza.
