Hotel is not what i expected very small hotel bath room just big enough to take shower no amenities next to hotel is construction very loud noise i adked them to change my room two times they were nice to change restaurant is very shabby though breakfast was ok there are better chouces in sao paulo all staff is very friendly but not a good value of money sorry very nice people mean staff.

Great Location, Room for Improvement

Intercity São Paulo has a great location and friendly service. The overall structure is solid, and having a 24-hour gym and pool is a huge plus for those who train regularly. The room is comfortable, with a decent bed and acceptable cleanliness, although the towels could definitely be better. The main downside was the breakfast. If you’re staying for several days, the lack of variety becomes tiring. While the staff is kind, the breakfast area often feels chaotic — it’s common to find no cups, no plates, and tables piled with used dishes, leaving no place to sit. Also, a heads-up about the protein boxes offered: some are very close to their expiration date. I grabbed one that was spoiled, but only realized it later in a taxi, so I didn’t have a chance to report it. In summary, it’s a good stay with excellent location and nice staff, but some operational details — especially at breakfast — need attention. Overall 3,5 / 5

Uma cama para toda a família

A localização é boa, o cafe da manhã também é bastante variado. O que não foi bom foi o fato deles não infomarem que quando se reserva um quarto com uma criança de 6 anos, a mesma tem que dormir na cama com os pais porque só tem uma cama para todos. Eles ate disponibilizam cama extra na taxa de 30% do valor diária. O problema que informa como cortesia mas não deixa claro que não tem uma cama para eles e nem infoma sobre essa taxa com antecedência

O atendimento é sempre um diferencial, todos os colaboradores são educados, prestativos, simpáticos e estão sempre dispostos a auxiliar no que for preciso. A atendente que fez nosso checking era de uma educação e foi extremamente gentil. O café da manhã tem poucas variedades mas é saboroso exceto o suco detox que estava só a água e a couve chega estava transparente, seria interessante colocar itens para quem tem restrição a lactose. O hotel é muito bem localizado só precisa de algumas melhorias de manutenção como tirar mofo do teto do banheiro, renovar a pintura, colocar capas protetoras nos colchões, o do quarto que fiquei tinham muitas manchas o que é muito anti-higiênico, são pequenos detalhes que se corrigidos ficaria perfeito.

Banheiro muito apertado . Janelas antiruidos de pouca resposta , barulho de mais Nós corredores e acima do andar que fiquei !!!! N tive boa experiência , teve briga de hóspedes no andar de cima e no meu andar ! Muito barulho td se escuta abriu uma porta ou arrastou algo no andar de cima escuta td !! Então n recomendo diárias de muitos dias e com família !!!! Muito cuidado quando for reservar vários quartos pois n é avisado que aptos stands são separados dos de luxo e andares diferentes ! Tive a fazer Up grade de 1 quarto dos meus filhos pra poder ficar no mesmo andar !!!!

Excelente localização, próxima a tudo. Da para ir andando até o shopping Ibirapuera. Meu único ponto é que o banheiro estava com a pia entupida e o quarto dos meus pais também! Mas tirando isso, foi tudo ótimo e o staff muito atencioso!
