Lived at three hotels in Sao Paulo this time, and this one is the reason why. Horrible place. You are renting from an apartment owner which the guys in the reception take no responsibility for, cannot book or do anything with. Nice doorguard and ok (but expensive) breakfast, the rest not good - run down, filthy, irresponsible. last time i had this bad was in run down plastic hostel hongkong 5 years ago, this one is the same :-/ (luckily the hotels i moved to where better - try the Heritage in the same price level, super)
