O primeiro quarto que estive, não funcionou nem a tv nem o telefone para a recepção. Tinha uma segunda reserva para quarto de mesma categoria, ainda assim fui obrigado a trocar de quarto, o segundo quarto a tv funcionava mas se apertar diretamente nos botões dela. O prédio é uma edificação bem antiga, acho que de 1985 fica em uma boa localização, perto da Avenida Paulista. Creio que se for um quarto somente pra dormir, valha a pena pois a diária é bem barata. Não tem estacionamento nem café da manhã, mas há um estacionamento pago do outro lado da rua, bem próximo.

Ótimo custo benefício, local limpo bem localizado e de custo baixo . Vai a São Paulo a muitos anos e sempre fico nesse hotel. Claro se vc busca um local requintado esse não é o local. Mas no geral eu recomendo para pessoas que querem passar alguns dias em São Paulo sem gastar muito com estadia .. já que na maioria dos hotéis vc não paga menos de 350,00 a diária .

A localização é boa, pois fica próximo de tudo e dá pra fazer as coisas andando. O quarto foi no primeiro andar e a janela não tem tranca nenhuma, o que eu achei um perigo. O quarto não tem isolamento, então, dá para ouvir as pessoas quando passavam para a hall e conversando. Mas de resto, foi de boa.

A localização já vale

Cama limpa, colchão bem firme, lençóis e toalhas limpas, chuveiro esquenta rápido, bairro muito bem localizado, está a 10 minutos da paulista a pé, a rua que saímos para paulista ao lado direito de um shopping bem badalado e em frente ao prédio do SESC, FIRJAN. Localização TOP. Tem uma padaria ao atravessar a rua que serve pão na chapa com pingado bastante saboroso, fácil pedir Uber, porque foi o que utilizei para deslocamento. Porém o banheiro estava bem precária a limpeza, o chuveiro esquenta rápido, não há separação do chuveiro com o vaso, bem estranha a disposição do banheiro e o ventilador de teto muita poeira. Mas a contar com custo benefício entrega o que promete.

O hotel é para quem não exige conforto. A cama tem um colchão fino, porém os travesseiros são razoáveis e havia coberta grossa para o frio. No quarto há TV, frigobar e ventilador de teto. A localização é boa (perto da paulista), porém à noite eu preferi ir de táxi (não confio ir à pé). Não ouvi barulho no corredor e nem nos quartos ao lado, porém fiquei no quarto andar (não há elevador). Voltaria pelo preço. Pelo conforto, jamais.

Lugar muito bacana

O edifício é muito bonito, o quarto e banheiro é bem humilde e básico, mas bom. A localização é MUITO boa, meu amigo e eu ficamos com fome a noite, subimos na Av. Paulista em 5 minutos caminhando tranquilamente. Só não dou 5 estrelas pq ficou uma questão: o clima está muito quente em São Paulo, o ventilador de teto refresca, mas não é suficiente, seria interessante se houvesse um ventilador de chão também, tanto para os hóspedes quanto para o rapaz da recepção (pois lá também é quente). Eu me hospedaria novamente e recomendaria também.

Se você quer um preço justo é a melhor opção

Eu estava um pouco preocupada, devido aos comentários de outros viajantes, por isso optei por reservar um outro hotel e esse foi meu único arrependimento. A localização é perfeita, os quartos justos para o preço e o atendimento bem cordial. Realmente não entendo a maioria dos comentários negativos e depois de voltar de viagem estou indignada com eles, se você quer luxo: procure pagar o preço, mas se você é simples e não quer gastar muito: vá para esse hotel. Sem frescuras e atende as necessidades dos viajantes por um preço bom. Próxima viagem me hospedarei novamente!
