Building is Nice, clean, and new They miss sending the info like Wi-Fi password They forgot to tell me breakfast was included and not informing parking garage was not included Nobody told me the building had Gym Pool etc

The room was comfortable, clean and the little kitchen area was fully functional. It is in a great location, in a big residential area with plenty of local businesses, restaurants and walking distance to Ibirapuera, a huge park. Staff was wonderful, a big shout out to Adriano who helped us have a wonderful time. I will definitely be back!

Great value with apartment amenities

Clean, safe with amenities such as self serve laundry all at an affordable price. The wall fixtures in the bathroom could use some tightening. Otherwise very pleasant stay for a short business trip.

Luckily I only stayed one night but didn't get any relaxing or sleep. As soon as my alarm clock woke me....i scrambled to get out. It is in a flight path... And when for a split minute without planes, there comes the traffic and street noise. Just horrible.

Segunda vez que ficamos no local e continua excelente. Ótima localização, segura, tranquila (para São Paulo, é claro) e com várias opções de restaurantes e comércio nas proximidades. O pessoal da portaria é sempre simpático e prestativo. O apartamento é bem equipado e confortável. A cama é de qualidade assim como o chuveiro. Como sugestão, seria bom ter mais uma cadeira e talvez uma pequena mesa para refeições a dois mais confortáveis.

Muito caro pelo o que oferece

O apartamento é bonito e confortável, a localização é muito boa, porém a cozinha é meramente decorativa, não tem itens básicos como microondas, máquina de café ou filtro, não tem esponja ou detergente pra lavar a louça, só tem uma boca de forno e um mini refrigerador. Além disso o apartamento estava bem sujo, com cabelos, pelos, manchas e pegadas no piso além de várias aranhas e lugares empoeirados.

Excelente!

Passamos uma semana no apartamento e tudo foi excelente. Todos os funcionários do prédio foram muito educados e solicitos sempre que precisamos e o sistema de check in e check out foram muito simples e práticos. O apartamento é bem equipado, da cozinha ao banheiro que, diga-se de passagem, tem um chuveiro incrível. Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. O prédio conta com academia, piscina e uma loja de conveniência que quebra alguns galhos. E ainda, há uma cafeteria imediatamente abaixo dos apartamentos, na área comercial. A localização também é muito boa para quem precisa ficar na região do Ibirapuera, Moema, Itaim e arredores. Muitas opções de restaurantes, tranquila em questão de segurança e, apesar de uma escola na esquina, não é um local barulhento, lembrando que você está em São Paulo numa região super movimentada, ou seja, haverá barulho de trânsito durante os horários de pico.
