We spent one night at Luzeiros which is a short Uber ride from the historic city center and from the Arraial de São Joao. The hotel is very modern, the staff friendly and the breakfast amazing.

Although the hotels on the beach, there really is no beach access and the beach in the area is full of large boulders. The area around the hotel did not look very safe and there really were no restaurants walking distance. The hotel amenities were very minimal. The breakfast was decent.

Elevator not working. 15 min to get space in the elevator so you can go down or up. When brought up to the front desk so managers could look for improvements in the near future (not immediate action required as it seemed an unreasonable request from me) it seemed that I was talking to the wall. Facility has some features that could make hotel a 5 star but big failure on customer service.

The hotel breakfast and ataff are great. The area is safe compare to centro. Centro is dangerous. we went there and were attacked by 2 people while many people watching at 10:30 amvas if it is normal. police came later and did nothing. we heard from them that we were the third attack. d sao luis is very dangerous. go straight to barrienhas if you lan to visit the Lencyos national park. it is not worth to risk your life. there are many poor people in town and police has given up.

Como sempre tive uma ótima estadia no Luzeiros, entretanto os elevadores precisam melhorar. Um deles está em manutenção eterna e os outros dois não dão conta de um hotel daquele tamanho. Chega-se a esperar quase 10 minutos para subir ou descer. Fica a dica, precisa melhorar pois o preço da diária não condiz com esse transtorno.

Hotel bom , os mensageiros são uma graça , apenas um recepcionista que debochou quando falamos o estado que éramos , e tem um ponto que fiquei triste , deixei meu brinco banhado a ouro em cima do raque do lado da cama ( tenho certeza porque coloquei ele somente para deitar lá alguns minutos antes de sair para vir embora ) esqueci lá em cima e quando liguei disseram que não estava lá e não foi encontrado e tenho certeza que ficou lá.

Accommodatie is geen 5 sterren waard, lift is vreselijk, altijd heel lang wachten en vol met toeristen, met name bij ontbijt en avond eten. Douchekop boven je hoofd vinden wij niet prettig en bedden waren erg hard. Ontbijt en avond eten prima in orde. Ook het zwembad is erg groot en schoon.

Hotel excepcional, vista espetacular para o mar, apartamento limpo, corredores com carpete o que ajuda na acustica(sem barulho de outrps hospedes) cafe da manhã impecável. atendimento impecável. (aconselho a fazer o check in online super rápido, pois em alta temporada tem muita fila na recepção) Tem muita vaga para parar carro na rua, porem o serviço de Valet trouxe muito conforto
