O hotel é bem acessível e a equipe é simpática. Porém o hotel está em reforma: estão instalando os aparelhos de ar condicionado e o elevador está em manutenção. Além disso é um hotel antigo, precisa de pequenas reformas para que se torne mais aconchegante.

Não foi boa devido a qualidade do: banheiro, armário para roupas, café sem variedades,, estacionamento com vagas insuficientes e atendimento da portaria ruim (avisava pra abrir o portão e ficava no portão esperando e até mesmo pedir pra abrir novamente).

Razoável. Hotel antigo e muito simples, isto já era sabido por mim quando fiz a reserva. Instalações antigas e mal conservadas. A experiência ruim começou na recepção, quando demoraram para encontrar o pagamento que havia feito previamente. O quarto simples, cama e travesseiros bons, precisei solicitar um segundo jogo de toalhas pois não havia disponível no quarto. Toalhas antigas aparentemente limpas. Chuveiro horrível, caia água para todos os lados menos no centro. Banheiro com limpeza ruim, janela do banheiro quebrada. Frigobar não fechava a porta devido a vedação inexistente, necessário segurar a porta com uma cadeira. Sem telefone ou interfone no quarto. Necessário reforma urgente.

Troquem a fechaduras dos quartos !!

Busquei um hotel com preço mais baixo pois era apenas um pernoite a negócios mas me arrpendi, por um pouco a mais teria algo muito melhor... O hotel esta bem deteriorado...roupas de cama e travesseiros ok mas principalmente as fechaduras dos quartos (fui trocado de quarto por conta disso) e os banheiros estao bem ruins... Nao me hospedo de novo...

O pessoal da recepção até foram bem atenciosos, mas pecaram em um quesito: o hóspede procura um hotel para descansar e dormir, tive que ir até a recepção duas vezes para que resolvessem um problema de um hóspede que deixou o caminhão ligado em baixo da minha janela, o hotel jamais deveria permitir um caminhão ligado à noite toda no estacionamento do hotel, bem próximo as janelas dos quartos.

O hotel mau cuidado, instalações quebradas, meu quarto estava sujo com cabelo e barba de outro hospede, toalhas manchadas, baratas mortas pelo corredor, bem precário e fotos enganam muito, muito palavrão sendo dito lá dentro. Custo benefício não vale a pena.
