The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by.

Cautionary Experience - Check-In Process

I recently had a concerning experience during my check-in at Oasis Tower Hotel in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. The receptionist requested my personal ID (CPF) and, to my surprise, had access to inaccurate personal information, such as my former job details. When questioned, she claimed the hotel's system was interconnected with the "Receita Federal" for security purposes, and to confirm that I was not a fugitive. However, the option to rectify the incorrect data on the spot raised eyebrows. This raises serious privacy and security concerns. If you value your personal information, exercise caution when providing details during check-in. I recommend guests double-check the accuracy of the information collected and consider alternative options for accommodations. Stay vigilant and prioritize your privacy!

O hotel é muito bom! Café da manhã delicioso e muito caprichado! Quarto limpo, ambiente agradável.Roupas de cama e banho em ótimo estado. Atendimento da recepção muito bom, atendentes atenciosos. Único ponto a considerar numa próxima estadia: estacionamento terceirizado, cobrado a parte. Incompreensível, tendo em vista que o hotel tem muitas garagens disponíveis.Se fosse numa região central, sem espaço para estacionamento, até entenderia. Mas não é o caso.

Hotel ok. Cafe da manha adequado. Problema com estacionamento. Nao tinha informações de que seria pago. O pior é que não tem controle de pagamento das diarias de estacionamento. Queriam me cobrar 2x. Lamentável.

Hotel de fácil localização e com acomodações boas. Check-in tranquilo e rápido, acomodação limpa e com os itens básicos esperados. Café da manhã bom. Infelizmente o quarto não tinha isolamento acústico bom e qualquer barulho de calçado no corredor era possível de ouvir como se estivessem dentro do quarto. E é importante ressaltar que o estacionamento é cobrado a parte

Razoável. Frigobar estava com garrafas abertas. Não houve reposição antes de entrarmos. Havia sabonete usado no banheiro. Frigobar não estava muito limpo. Éramos 3 pessoas e não havia toalhas para todos. Tivemos que pedir. Fora isso, tudo bem. Café da manhã satisfatório.

Hospedagem Oásis Tower

A toalha fornecida foi colocada no balcão sem nenhuma proteção ( embalagem) ou seja contato onde são colocadas mãos, dinheiro, etc ou seja falta total de higiene, no quarto também estávamos com nosso pet e ele encontrou um cápsula de remédio de algum hóspede anterior ou seja a limpeza do quarto não estava adequada, ar condicionado no 16/18 e não estava funcionando bem , café da manhã encerra as 09:30 h minha esposa chegou às 09:40 h estavam retirando os alimentos entendo do horário porém não foi oferecido nenhuma opção e foi tratada com hostilidade.
