All amenities closed

Very disappointing that mostly all amenities and pool were closed due to maintenance. The reason we chose this place was due to it’s amenities since you can’t swim in the ocean yet we couldn’t even use the main pools

Lovely hotel and pools, so-so service

Not all of the pools were open but the ones that were, were lovely :) no poolside service for drinks/food so had to keep traipsing to the vending machine. But the overall hotel was lovely and great beach. The hot springs were a nice touch but they were super hot!! Could only sit in them for about 2mins! Overall a lovely stay :)

Relax at the beach

Clean beach. Very nice, clean rooms with big and comfortable beds. Nice decorated rooms. Nice clean beach where one can enjoy the simple beach lide. Very friendly staff. Very friendly cleaning staff and at the beach. Beach is not for swiming, the wawes are to dangerous most of the time. Very beautiful and well kept gardens and outdoor environment. Huge swimmingpools. A hot spring ticket cost 128 RMB. The hot soring tub in the room is akso realy good. Great hotel for all members of the family. Very beautiful and well kept environment. Very relaxing and kind of down to earth simple living with beach, walk in the gardens, hot sorings. We enjoyed the fresh air and to get away from the more cold parts of China.

酒店泳池幾正的, 但沙灘太大浪, 不能下水. 房價包含早餐的食物很一般. 位置偏離市區, 好處是比較人少,環境靜一些, 但沒什麼好餐廳可選擇. 每次都要坐計程車落鎮吃飯. 房間整體乾淨, 但洗手間厠板較為髒.

第一間在三亞住的酒店，雖然很偏僻，要想吃其他東西要去附近的鎮上，而且剛好在修路，酒店的專車不經那邊，不太方便。接駁巴士只有三班也太少了。入住要等不過可以接受，房間很大很舒適，按了請請勿打擾真的不會有人打擾你。客房服務員會打紙條塞進門縫問你需不需要打掃，前台也只會打你提供的手提電話。 酒店也很大，不過晚上比較黑，多一點路燈會更好。 晚餐試了鐵板燒自助餐，不錯，但是較貴。 早餐差評，選擇少的不像一間星級酒店的水平，餐吧裡的工作人員不會招呼你，沒有了什麼也要客人提醒，很失望，最大的不滿就是這個早餐。

酒店很大,很漂亮,但酒店內的消費太貴了, 離市區又太遠了

酒店內的消費實在貴, 溫泉需另付費RMB168/人.中餐廳的食物質素還可以, 但西餐廳的自助餐食物質量真心差, 口味又不正宗, 收費還那麼貴, 晚餐自助餐人均消費要RMB460/人, 早餐食物更差, 選擇少又不好吃. 酒店周邊一家店/餐廳也沒有, 離市區太遠了, 來回計程車車費要RMB220.

Gäste oder Geiseln? Hotel nur für Chinesen

Hotel wirbt mehrere Restaurants zu besitzen. Diese sind aber 3, alle überteuert und von mittelmässigen Qualität. Frühstücksraum ist immer voll und das Essen für Ausländer nicht genug. Wir haben mit dem General Manager gesprochen und er sagte, sie hätten das Fokus nur in Chinesisches Kunden. Er hat uns zwischen den Zeilen gesagt, ausländische Kunden werden nicht bevorzugt. Auch die Zimmer können eine unbegrenzte Zahl von Personen haben, was für Chinesen normal ist. Enstprechend werden dann Liegestühle und Strandplätze sehr knapp. Strand ist nur 150m lang. Auf beiden Seiten ist das Betretten verboten (eine Seite, Militärisches Gebiet). d.h. Strandspaziergänge, unmöglich. Das Hotel ist nicht familienfreundlich. Als Kinderbereich, besitzen sie lediglich ein Zimmer mit Fernsehern und SpielKonsolen. Keine Aktivitäten werden geplant. Für den Preis, lieber irgendwo anders!

地理位置比较偏，但是机场有免费接送的大巴，班次少了点，时间碰不上，所以等了2个多小时，这个建议酒店可以改善下。 下榻的房间和图片展示的一样，酒店大堂很气派，让人很心旷神怡的，除了房间有点怪味，其他酒店的设施，包括游泳池，温泉池，私人沙滩，早饭，都是让人很欣喜、很满意的。

Отличный отдых на острове

Отель современный, чистый, качественный, соответствует уровню в 5 звезд. Большая территория, много бассейнов(один теплый), небольшая детская комната. Есть горячие источники на территории бассейнов (5-6 ванн + ванна с рыбками) -вход платный, порядка 10-15 дол за человека за посещение для постояльцев. Хороший завтрак, достаточно большой выбор ресторанов на вечер (цены уровня 5, качество отличное).Есть шатл Аэропорт-город-отель, 3 раза в день. Море чистейшее, нет местного населения!Минусы:40 мин на такси до города(100-120 юаней), бухта где пляж открытая- частенько нельзя купаться из-за больших волн.

高大上的酒店

高大上的酒店，可以在房间里泡温泉，温泉泳池也很棒，服务总体来说很好，客房洗漱用品很好用，只是不能每天都供应齐全，算是个瑕疵。最可惜是沙滩太粗了，是个硬伤，酒店应该运点细沙子过来。自助餐水准一般，太一般了。出行酒店叫车服务还是很方便，赞一下。

Hotel 海棠湾9号有很宽敞的沙滩海域，相对于其他Hotel做比较，游泳池，温泉池，范围与分部也是相当大的，尤其户外躺椅休憩区域布置与各款设计是很美很理想的，唯独赶上了12月底天气太冷时无法下泳池，是我们次趟最遗憾的情况。 另一件需事先安排的是交通，Hotel有固定班次车子往返三亚凤凰机场与市区，班次不多。可事先讯问预约班次时间，如果想去三亚其他景点游游，最好事先安排好租车，还有如果是境外人士，租车是有条件需求的，最好到达前先安排好。因为用餐除了含早餐以外，Hotel里面样样消费都不便宜，离三亚用餐区或市区都挺远的，出外用餐打车距离远车资也提高，所以只要交通工具安排好，住宿Hotel 海棠湾9号是很舒适的哦！

Good on the outside but not within

Our stay was for 3 nights. We booked a normal car pickup from airport to hotel, the customer officer via email responses very promptly. Upon arrival at the hotel the driver had asked us to pay him but that was not what I had been told via email. No one approached us when we arrived, I had to rush to the front desk and sorted out with staff on duty where the cost of transport was put on to my room account to be paid later. The room was big but it's a very long walking distance as the reception was on level 3 Block 1. Our room was in block 5. We booked a garden view room, but the room actually faces the golf range then the road. Request in your booking for a garden view room to look into internal courtyard. Breakfast buffet was average, not suited for westerners. We also tried most of the restaurants that were opened. In general, the quality does not equate to the money that you pay for. 'Pier 9' further out from main building was suppose to have a buggy service to take you there, but wasn't running on a Saturday night, so we had to walk in the dark. Ordered a pizza for room service that was not supposed to be vegetarian, but the chef decided to skip the parma ham. Free shuttle bus service timetable needs an update on departure & arrival time. We arrived at airport 30mins late than what was on the timetable on a Sunday. All facilities expect for the swimming pools will incur extra cost to your stay and you don't get discounts for being a guest.

outstanding accomodation

truly a 5+ star hotel with great service, beautiful location and amenities.Hotel is in start mode and not all restuarants available but the ones that are open are great.The room was exceptional for the price and nice beach and pool area. Highly recommended!!

氛围豪华大气，床超舒服的酒店!

对这家酒店很满意，还尝试了三亚其它五星级酒店，感觉不如这家，首先整体装修豪华大气，设施都比较新，保养比较好，硬件很符合五星级标准，泳池很大，水也比较干净，估计每天会及时清理吧？最主要满意的是这家的床很舒服，本身度假就是一定要睡眠好，休息的好是头等大事，这家酒店的床快和我家的舒服度一样了，房间内空间也蛮大，卫生间洗手台是双人位这个非常好！唯一美中不足的是这家酒店的服务人员略少，可能有时叫不到人，找不到人的情况，并且酒店内应该多开一些味道好，各种风情的餐厅，酒吧类的地方，因为酒店位置偏僻，离市区遥远，周边也没什么好玩的，所以搞好餐饮这很重要！

外のお風呂

今回は2日間曇りあと台風も来て、4日間滞在して、良かった所は... 外に温泉があったところです！珈琲温泉 ココナッツ温泉 花温泉 漢方温泉 お茶温泉などがあり、隣のプールからそのまま行ける所が良かった!!!あとどこの温泉でも有料のドクターフィッシュの温泉もありました!!!しかし10/1-は国慶節の為1人68元かかります。9/29(土)から宿泊の方は無料でした!!!
