"The staff were super friendly and helpful. We did have quite a few issues with the room, when we first arrived, the internal door handle came off completely and the air conditioning was not working. The staff were super quick to come and assist by repairing the door handle and restarting the power to the room to resolve the AC. The shower door did not also close correctly and leaked into the main bathroom every time used. The common areas were lovely and the building itself was stunning."

"Restaurant dinner food quality was not good at all. Italian food is delicious, however it wasn’t the case at the restaurant."

"We stayed for one night before our flight out of Turin airport. The staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. We rented one of the apartments, we need a king for my husband and I and a separate bed for our 14 year old son. It was a sofa bed but more comfortable than most. One challenge was with one keycard to turn on the electric in the room, when my husband left to get items from the car he took the key set to get back in and once the card was removed we lost lights to the unit while I was...

"Tout commence par le sourire de Roberto qui vous accueille. Le lieu est idéalement placé pour éviter la ZTL tout en étant proche du centre historique. Les chambres sont charmantes et bien agencées. La propreté irréprochable. Un parking intérieur ce qui est un vrai atout. Mais surtout à Roberto. Un hôte d'une gentillesse incroyable qui nous a offert de la tarte, délicieuse et faite maison. Nous regrettons d'être restés si peu de temps. Nous reviendrons, cela est certain. "

"This is a small apartment about 15 minute walk from the Porta Nuova train station and the very elegant city centre parade. Maria is very friendly and helpful. Spotless clean and well equipped. Very central for touring the city. The room had little natural sunlight. No couch or arm chair but otherwise very comfortable."

"Not well connected with public transportation. It’s a student dorm, so it doesn’t have all the facilities an hotel would have (eg, a bar). Also, rooms are not really soundproof, I’ve heard noises in the early morning. However, the studio was big and quite new. Good price/quality ratio overall. "
