"It was very nice to have such a lovely hotel so close to the airport. My experience has often been that properties close to airports use their location as a selling point and do not provide the excellent service and facilities that we experienced at Clayton. The breakfast buffet was a particular standout for variety of choices and quality of food, and the hotel was immaculately kept."

"I liked the location which was near the river which was a lovely walk and it led to the downtown area. It was also in an area which was close to a convenience store. As sure as we are that we have brought everything we need, there is always something forgotten. It's nice if you don't have to go all over to find something to replace what you left. I asked directions and was pleased they offered me a map which they wrote on so I would know my location and where I wanted to go. It was all good...

"It's a room for a night to facilitate airport travel, and nothing more. My room was dirty. The shower needs a new curtain that doesn't allow water to just seep through.
I booked a shuttle to the airport, and it never came, so I quickly booked the next one. This made me late getting to the airport, and I had to sprint to make my flight, which I just barely made."

"This is a Hilton with no A/C so the room was hot & stuffy. I expected better. I requested an upgrade at check in but when we got to the room it was no upgrade.

"We had a fabulous stay at The Grand. The hotel was clean and well maintained despite its size. Our double room was on the small side but comfortable, with a beautiful view of the water and contained everything we needed for our stay.
Staff were pleasant, very helpful, and check in was a breeze. The location of the hotel was perfect, opposite the water, few minute walk to the marina, village, train station and castle. There were plenty of places to eat and drink in the village, but we also...

"The proximity to the beach was amazing! Check in was easy. The room was okay-poor. The bathroom was clean and great! Sheets and bed were great!
Carpet had stains close to the patio doors. Also, lots of mold on the drapes and carpet and wall around the patio doors.
Our room faced west and was ground floor. It was quite hot in the room so we had to open the patios doors but there was no screen or window to keep open through the night.
Also, the hotel information books has conflicting...
