The best hidden gem in all of Santorini. The Cave villa is spacious, well-designed and fabulously unique. Its got all the lux feel in the front with the heated pool and Caldera views and the coolest cave bathroom/spa/hammam in the back.

Loved the aesthetics of the villa so much! Beautiful view of the caldera! The jacuzzi in front of the villa overlooking the view and sunset was incredible! The steam room is also a great addition.

More quiet place 15min walk out from town centre of Fira, accessible by car (3 min walk from nearest road) Room and private pool has excellent view over the Caldera. Good view for sunset also. Host family is very nice and friendly. Good choice if you prefer less crowded neighbourhood and great room.

Only problem is the property has a ant problem that needs to be looked after. The breakfast could be better aswell, and also the power went out during our stay due to a internal issue with the lighting switch in the bathroom. Host was awesome and location is amazing with breathtaking views and the pool is perfect aswell

The property was super be especially the private hot pool which you could use on a quiet night. The manger Hillary and Christopher were amazing. Hillary organized everything for us for 3 consecutive days. The reason I gave 4 stars is the bed (mattress old and hard, concave in the middle!). I think for the price they could change the mattress and the pillows. Otherwise it is highly recommended

perfect start to a honeymoon

Lovely stay here. Chris was very helpful, and sat down with us at the start of the trip organising the weeks activities. He then proceeded to act as a concierge and book everything, and was constantly on hand to answer questions if we had any. His recommendations were spot on, he is a local and gave us great advice. The pool does sit right next to a walk way, which is very standard in Santorini, and is overlooked, so don't expect to go skinny dipping. The sauna, and to an extent the steam room, weren't working when we stayed. This was a shame, but didn't really detract from our experience. Overall, we thought this Villa was fantastic and couldn't have asked for a better starting point for our honeymoon.

This villa is much much more than just another room. Any and every expectation was exceeded beyond what we were expecting. Chris, the manager was very helpful, met us at our taxi to walk us to the villa, scheduled our rides to Oia and to the port and was always immediately available when we needed something. Breakfast provided was delicious, the view could not be any better. Just off the main road so there were not many people walking by. The jetted tub was the perfect temperature for the weather, not too hot and not too cold. I booked this villa, for my now fiancé, to enjoy an amazing weekend for my proposal in Oia and it could not have went any better. Absolutely perfect! You would not be disappointed and will want to come back.

Wonderful villa

This villa is amazing. Morden design in a cave. There’r pool n jacuzzi in the house with warm water so u can enjoy the lovely sunset even in winter. The host, Chris is super nice, we can jus contact him whenever we need. Also suggested some places n activities for us.And those restaurants, he recommended to us, were so good! This villa n the host made my vacation a perfect one.

施設とか環境はとてもいいですが、サービスがいまいちでした。 タオルの数とかアメニティの数、冷蔵庫に入ってる水の数とかとにかくてきとうでした。 あと、１日目にホテルに戻るとトイレが掃除の途中になっていました。 朝ごはんもそこまでのクオリティではなく、日本の安いビジネスホテルと大してかわりません。 プールとサウナと景色はとにかく最高です。

Luxurious and quiet. Highly Recommend! We traveled to Santorini on our honeymoon and after our plans changes ended up at the Aesthesis Villas and it was honestly the best thing that happened for us on the trip. We had a beautiful cave villa with a steam room, sauna, area for a massage table, a nice private bathroom area and separate vanity. The photos on Expedia are accurate but I still think it's prettier in person. The villa was completely clean and the wifi was extremely fast which made it super easy to stay connected. The location in Firostefani was perfect for us because it had the beautiful views but it was very quiet and still close enough to walk to Fira and Imerovigli. Chris, the property manager, was amazing at helping us find places to eat and even made it easy for us to go rent a car and we were able to park it just a short walk away from the villa. If we ever get to come back we will be staying here and I will definitely suggest it to anyone I know going to Santorini. Very highly recommend.

This is a gem in Santorini. We loved the warm spa on the 2 floors. It is perfect even in the winter! Chris is a text/call away and responds within minutes. The fridge is stocked with breakfast items. The location is superb. You can view the sunset from the comfort of the villa. It was breath taking to just soak in the infinity like pool and watch the sunset and the view of the whitewashed houses in the cliff. The museum, mini market and restaurants in Fira are walking distance. We've scouted most of the hotels and villas on our daily walks and this is the best place to be!

Unbelievable experience. The villa is incredible! Beautiful views than cannotbe beat. Perfect location. There’s restaurants and shopping just 5-10 minutes away walking distance. The host Chris is literally one of the most hospitable people we’ve ever met. If the villa is available book it right away. It’s a very unique villa that you won’t forget.

The royal treatment

You will not regret your stay at the Aesthesis Boutique Villa. We were in disbelief with the amenities and the view you get with this villa. Not only was the room perfect in every way, but the view and area its located in is absolutely perfect. After doing a lot of research, we knew we wanted to be close to Fira since there is a lot of stores and restaurants but not too close that we feel like we just walked off a cruise ship. The villa is located in Firostefani which is a 10 minute walk on a nice pathway (no need to walk on a road) overlooking the Caldera. If you don't want to walk that far, about 3 minutes away there are restaurants and little shops to enjoy. Just when you think this place can't get any better you then have Chris, the manager, who is there for you at any moment to give advice, arrange a transfer, or book a boat tour for you. This villa really gives you the royal treatment and you will be over the moon excited when you are sitting in your infinity hot tub, sipping champagne, and enjoying the Santorini sunset.

The best hotel ever in the best location.

The best hotel in the best location. Aesthesis Boutique Villas, looks exactly like on the pictures. The owner is a very nice person who helped us organize our tour. We were in Fira and Oia but we unequivocally think that the best is Firostefani. Beautifully and calmly. To Fira is just about 10-15 minutes walk. The villa is amazing. Has two rooms. Is more like a two villas next to eachother but everything separate. Our was Villa Cloud. Beautiful! Has two small pools. Just perfect. It is a perfect place for people who appreciate privacy and want to relax in a very romantic way. One on the bottom and the other on the top. When I was upstairs my boyfriend saw me out of the room through a glass ceiling. Something unique. King size bed very comfortable. The style of the villa I love very much. We will certainly come back here and recommend to friends and family. I love this place! I will add pictures of the two floors that everyone has seen as it is beautifully. The views from the pool wonderful.

You will be surprised how great this hotel is! Exactly same with the picture on Expedia. Great location! 700 meters to the most famous blue-domed church! Walking distance to the town center. Not so many tuorist, it’s queite. With great swimming pool! The manager Chris is super nice and very helpful! The breakfast is fresh made, pie taste super! Will choose this hotel again for sure!

The property consists of two villas that both view out to the Caldera. They have just been open since the end of March '18 and are impeccably done. The villa we stayed in was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a full kitchen as well as both a wet and dry sauna as well as a patio infinity pool. Both units have these gorgeous pool and patio setups as, trust me, you'll want to spend hours just looking at the scenery with your morning coffee or an afternoon dip. The property manager, Chris, was the highlight of the stay. His calm character had every detail covered (he even went to the local grocery for some specialty items we needed for our stay). He was certainly the cherry on top of the perfect location on the island. You will not be disappointed if you stay here and if we ever are lucky enough to return, we'll stay here without doubt.
