"This has nothing to do with the owner although I'm not sure a room was even available for my arrival date based on my conversation with him. He was very accommodating and gave me access to the balcony to use. It is Expedia that gets the 1-star testing because of the way you handled things with me. I'm NEVER using you and won't recommend you to anyone who asks. "

"The hotel was outstanding. The food was excellent, the facilities were spotless, and the drinks were great. The bar staff truly stood out—they were friendly, attentive, and always made guests feel welcome. However, the buffet restaurant service did not match the same high standard. The staff seemed distracted and less attentive. Many tables were missing napkins and cutlery, and guests often had to request basic items. Water, coffee, and other beverages were rarely offered proactively, which took away from the dining experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. With some improvement in the buffet restaurant's customer service, the experience would easily deserve a perfect 5-star rating."
