The first 24 hours we were there, we were locked out of our room 4 times with one of those lasting an hour waiting on maintenance to come let us in. We tried to explain it had to be the battery in the lock but it wasn’t until the following day they agreed. There are no elevators. We were placed on ...

It is an all-inclusive that charges for most of the amenities, food, and drinks!!! The rooms are in poor condition, the AC makes terrible noises, the bathroom didn´t drain, the night show was bad, and I couldn't sleep because of the noise in the room. The food is bad.
