"We always stay a night here in Santo Domingo before we start out adventure in DR. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maria from the bar is a pleasure. The breakfast was good. Our 4th time here."

"Customer service here is precarious! 😤 When I called for a request, all they brought was dinner, and I assume they did because it was not part of the room package. They claim to provide water and coffee, but they never bring it unless you keep calling them. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel ..."
