"The location was perfect, close to Plaza Nueva from where buses to most areas were available. Good restaurants around and great area to just walk around. The hotel itself was beautiful. It was apparently an old palace that was redone around 25 years ago. Still has some original columns, water fountains etc. the hotel/room was spicy and span. Very good staff and great breakfast. There was parking which was extremely helpful, as we drove in Andulicia. Overall a great place to stay in Granada ! "

"Friendly staff, clean and location good but the ground floor room was very dark and gloomy. No drink facilities in the room although there is access to a kettle in the late afternoon/evening. Most hotels these days have facilities for coffee in the room. "
