Lovely hotel in a very nice and quiet location. Room a little bit small but functional and with air con. The free breakfast buffet was a nice plus. Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed at all so you can hear people walking past and having breakfast. Finally, there are only 2 free parking spaces outside the property, first come first served basis.

Very quaint village, not good off season for evening meals but understandable. Charming hotel with comfy bed. Best part was lovely Carmen in the morning who was very chatty and prepared us breakfast

Great staff and a good location that allowed us to visit several attractions in only one day. We were not aware that there was no elevator wichi may be an issue for some families. We had to park some blocks away because everything was taken close to the hotel. I would come back.

Hotel recientemente renovado por dentro y en proceso de ello por fuera. En una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo (Santillana no es muy grande) El hotel está renovado y mucho mejor que otros hoteles y posadas de la zona, ya antiguos y con necesdidad de reforma. No deja de ser un dos estrellas pero la verdad que está muy bienn. Lo único "criticable" puede ser la falta de personal porque tanto el check in como el check out se lo hace uno mismo, facilitando el hotel una clave para acceder al propio hotel y a la habitación. Desayuno correcto.

Très propre Accueil impersonnel tout se fait par code, porte d’entrée et porte de la chambre Réponse au téléphone tout de même Une personne très aimable pour le petit déjeuner Petit déjeuner bien garni, un peu industriel confiture, gâteau en portion, pain à griller bon, sorte de pain au chocolat apprécié par notre petite fille. Le plus désagréable accueil par codes, pas d’ascenseur Chambre très grande Pas d’ascenseur, difficile avec les bagages

Ofrecen parking pero el hotel solo tiene DOS PLAZAS de parking. El sanitario (WC) no funcionaba. Para ingresar al hotel no había nadie a las 5.15pm, tocaba ingresar con clave que no me habían proporcionado. La habitación quedaba en un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Eso sí, la habitación y ubicación excelente. Lástima los detalles que nos dejaron una regular experiencia

Nossa experiência não foi boa. Reservamos este hotel por ter estacionamento e chegando no local havia obras que impossibilitaram deixar o veículo no local. Além disto, estou esperando até agora a resposta do motivo de ter pago um quarto com varanda e ter-nos colocado em um quarto muito diferente, menor e com um banheiro minúsculo, sem falar do cheiro insuportável de água sanitária. Em nenhum momento fomos avisados da reforma, o hotel não tem funcionários na recepção, o que inviabiliza qualquer reclamação presencial, e tb, devo ressaltar, que a plataforma da hotels.com nos deixou na mão quando abrimos um chat para expor o acontecido, esperamos por um bom tempo, e ninguém respondeu, além do fato dos arquivos recebidos com as instruções para o checkin não abrirem através do app, mesmo depois de várias tentativas. "Bestprice", "Péssima Experiência".
