It’s a great bank for your buck. Super clean, located downtown, easily accessible by bus 6A to the airport and bus/train station. The only downside is that the room smelled a bit like cigarettes and the walls are thin so you could hear everyone going in and out.

Hotel overbooked?

I arrived to find out that due to overbooking, my room was cancelled. They had emailed me that afternoon but hadn't seen it. They offered me alternative accommodation 1km further out of city, I declined, booked alternative hotel myself.

Outre le bruit de la rue jusqu'à 5 heures du matin et les nuisances sonores nocturnes dues à la mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres et des fenêtres, j'ai des piqûres aux bras et aux jambes causées par des punaises de lit trouvées dans le lit. Vous trouverez, ci-joint, des photos d'une punaise sur mon lit. Je viens de lire les avis de clients sur Expedia, et d’autres sites de réservation, qui évoquent déjà des cas de punaises de lit dans cet hôtel. J’ai passé une nuit blanche à cause du bruit dans la chambre et des piqûres de punaises de lit sur mes bras et mes jambes. Il est inadmissible et scandaleux que l'hôtel n'ait pas désinfecté les chambres infestées de punaises. Quelle honte ! J’ai évoqué cette situation chaotique à la réceptionniste, ce matin, qui s’est contentée de me dire qu’elle s’excusait et qu’ils avaient déjà eu des cas de punaises dans les chambres, à l’été 2025… Inadmissible !

Perfectamente situado en el centro, a 5 min de la catedral, super limpio y muy cómoda la cama con calefacción perfecta. Llegamos en un vuelo muy tarde y nos facilitaron el check in sin ningún recardo. Justo enfrente hay aparcamiento de zona azul que fue baratisimo. Por último el precio del hostal nos pareció estupendo. Repetiremos sin duda.

NIce clean and very central in Santiago!

We did came some days before our schedule to the city from the Camino walk and find this very simpel but nice hotel . We did stay for 7 days .The hate don´t have any breakfast but there are many small places just aroud the corners how serving that!The owner was not so good in English but was spoken French.A nice and quiet area!
