It’s a 3 star no more no less. Room was clean but could have been cleaner. Food was fine - standard AI in Spain. I did feel on arrival that the woman on the desk could have smiled and been more helpful. What let’s this place down is the other guests making a noise at all times if the day and night - shouting in the echoing corridors at 3am and for what when on for hours. Also should have been dealt with by the hotel but wasn’t

Max 2 stjärnor på detta hotell

Hotellet var mycket slitet och skulle ge det max 2 stjärnor. Vi valde att ta all inklusive och det var ingen höjdare. Maten & drinkarna som ingick blev vi tyvärr inte imponerade av. Handdukar till poolen fick man betala för & safetyboxen ingick inte heller.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days. The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel. Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously, but was very pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. My children were kept entertained at the Mini Club and at the mini disco. I would like to give a special mention to Fernanda, who my daughters loved and made their time, particularly in mini club, memorable and fun. I would absolutely recommend the Ariel Chico and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Visited for a quick 4 day break in the middle of may. The room and hotel was clean, If you ever wanted more fresh towels you could ask at the desk. The ladies on the front desk were super helpful and the best . Location was Great only a 2 min walk to the beach. And lots of Really nice restaurants a stones throw away . We spent a lot of time at the beach as the pool Didn’t open until 10am which is quite late and We like to sunbathe as soon as we are up. However bar staff near the pool were quite snappy, we hade all inclusive and the first time we went up for drinks the girl behind the bar demanded a euro each for the plastic glasses. I can hand on heart say I have never felt the need To steal branded plastic cups From any hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Naturally we gave her the money but she was quite rude. I had a medium reusable Starbucks drink cooler that I brought with me, I went to the bar to fill with a Soft drink and the same women then started shouting at me saying I wasn’t aloud which is ridiculous if I have paid for all inclusive I should be able to make and get any drink I want. And saves me having to get up every two Minutes as the plastic cups are something the borrowers would use as they are that small . Breakfast was the best meal of the day lots of choice and very fresh . Went went out every night for dinner so can’t give any insight on the evening meals.

Family complex on centre of Cala D’Or

Stayed in a one bed apt with family. Complex on two sides of road in centre of Cala D’Or. Basic rooms with bathroom inside the bedroom so not very convenient for people sleeping in main lounge area. Overall ok for our short stay and was a good price.

pas de chauffage dans la chambre simple vitrage 15 degres toute la nuit il etait impossible de s entendre parler dans le restaurant ainsi qu'a la reception il y avait un troupeau de personnes agées qui n avaient aucun respect du silence et meme aucun savoir vivre ils nous volaient meme nos places assises nous pouvions juste prendre un plat et partir au bout de 10 min vraiment très déçu

1 semaine et demi à l’Ariel chico

Bon rapport qualité prix: accueil réception excellent, les serveurs sont très professionnels.Comme beaucoup d’Hôtels à Majorque, l'isolation n'est pas bonne dans les chambres ou studio.La salle de fitness est grande mais sans beaucoup de matériel en état de fonctionnement.Le ménage n'est pas compris dans les appart-studios.Il faut donc payer un supplément si vous rester longtemps ou le faire vous même. Nous avions un studio avec terrasse sur la piscine adult only et il était vétuste.Pas de plaque chauffante qui fonctionnait et une fuite d'eau dans les toilettes.La wifi est excellente mais les lits jumeaux sont limite dortoir.L'emplacement est excellent si vous aimez les calas (calanques). Sinon, il faut une voiture car tous les bus ne sont pas opérationnels dans certains zones touristiques (en raison du covid). Le directeur parle couramment le français.La nourriture est abondante mais sans prétention.Les cuisiniers ne sont pas serviables surtout si vous demander un réchauffé. il serait judicieux de mettre un micro onde.Le petit déjeuner à partir de 8h00 et le diner à partir de 18h30. Attention, le vin n'est pas compris dans la demi-pension.Nous sommes rester 9 nuits et nous avons particulièrement apprécier le service du personnel à l'exception des cuisiniers.

Excellent value for money. Everywhere very clean and staff very helpful. We visited in April but unfortunately the pools were too cold to use - the pool at the sister hotel was heated which you can use but was small. The food was fine (fresh and hot) - there was always something me and my children could eat but did lack some variety. Location great - in walking distance of three beaches and all amenities.

Average, Good and bad points.

Very hard working/Helpful & friendly staff. Good Drinks on AI (including self serve soft drinks) Good entertainment 4 nice pools with no struggle for sunbeds. Good breakfast/Lunch Unfortunately our room was very outdated and would benefit from a bit of a touch up/refurb. We had broken plug sockets near the bed (not very safe imo) and old tired looking furniture. aircon only worked from 4pm to 2am so we woke up in the middle of every night sweating and uncomfortable. Evening meals were a bit of a let down. Not awful but the restaurant was very busy and dinnertime felt a bit frenzied/rushed and with fellow guests competing/pushing their way to food/tables/drinks it wasn't an enjoyable experience eating in the restaurant, food was ok if not a bit repetitive and I think could have been a bit better. We ended up eating out a few nights. Block we were in had no lift and a 2nd floor room with very steep steps. not a bad hotel overall and you get what you pay for as far as the meals are concerned. room was cleaned a few times during our stay and towels changed daily however on a couple of occasions we were given towels that were full of holes/rips or stained.

Lovely friendly hotel

Friendly staff, Excellent food with many choices, Good entertainment and competitions. Lovely clean room with lots of hot water. Very cheap upgrade from half board to all inclusive, good free cocktails, beer, wine etc Close to beach, shops, restaurants, bars and bus stops lovely pools and many sun loungers. Will stay here again.

Excellent

The hotel staff work extremely hard. They are friendly. The hotel is clean and well organised. It's a fab location lots of things around. Pools are excellent. Great value for money. Well the food was exceptional lots of choices for everyone very well presented very fresh and looked beautiful. The entertainment was on every night for kids and adults. Very very funny on occasions. All round good hotel great value. Perfect for families. Will definitely return.

Great value and really pleasant place close to bea

Our first all-inclusive trip with our daughter, who's nearly three. Room had nice firm bed and small balcony. Food was better than expected; varied with plenty of fresh salads. Main pool set-up is great for little ones and it's an easy walk to lovely Cala Gran beach. Fantastic value and very helpful staff. Rooms cleaned spotless every day.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were very friendly. Our hotel room was a little cramped as we had 3 single beds in it. The hotel and our rooms were always very clean and our towels were changed daily. Air con in room was great. My bed was very comfortable.

Great Hotel

Very good hotel with good food. Great location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Staff and entertainment team all work very hard to ensure you have a great holiday
