"The Hotel has a good location, the staff is very friendly and attentive, but it is not a hotel worth the price you pay. We had a TERRIBLE experience with the air conditioning at night. The Staff did their best to resolve the situation but could not do it. They suggested a portable fan. Or (the last night) a portable air conditioning which required an open window for the exhaust air to go out. We were part of a group of friends who had no problems with their rooms We were the only ones. There...

"The resort is beautiful and in a great area. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and touristy shops. The staff were also very friendly and helped me with all of my needs. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the room service and breakfast but the pool and drinks were great. The one issue I had was the GPS took me to a location 15 mins away and then the 2nd time it took me to the other side of the property. There is not an actual address for the suites. Eventually I found it, and there is parking...
