Estimada Klaudia,Lamentamos las molestias que haya sufrido durante su estancia, si bien tenemos una percepción distinta de la situación, desde el primer momento, se presentaron sin avisar de que traían un perro, cuando se les informo del suplemento empezaron los problemas. En lo relativo al parking, ustedes aparcaron su coche en nuestras plazas habilitadas para tal ocasión en la puerta del hotel y se les informó del coste de las mismas, por lo que no entendemos como comenta que no disponemos del mismo, dado que así mismo se le dieron las otras opciones disponibles como es el Parking Saba a 200 metros del hotel y su coste. En lo referente a restaurante y bar, el hotel no dispone de los mismos, y es algo que se menciona en todas las webs por las que estamos a la venta, dado que no dispone de ellos . En relación a la limpieza, cabe destacar que es uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel, cuidamos hasta el más mínimo detalle la limpieza de las habitaciones entre cliente y cliente para conseguir una satisfacción total de los mismos.Atentamente,Fernando San Miguel, General Manager
