"Lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was the bracelet-making activity for children. My little one absolutely loved it! I only wish there had been more children’s activities available, especially on Fridays and over the weekend. We also attended the Surplus BBQ Gala Dinner, which was absolutely delicious. "From the moment we stepped in, till we checked-out, we felt important. Customer service is above and beyond, from front desk, to the barman at the pool, we felt they were happy to be there and always wanted to make sure all was well. Breakfast is fantastic. Don’t hesitate, book it."

"The hotel itself was very clean and the room was spacious and lovely balcony , however breakfast which although included was very basic and you had to pay extra for things that were not in the basic à la carte selection and with a very limited buffet.. Their morning on the house coffee was terrible and so you had to pay for a better cappuccino or espresso. There was not even a welcome bottle of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. Only a jug of tepid water on a 35 degree day."

"There is no reception and no restaurant, for 1 to up to 2 nights to be nearby the zone, it is ok. There is no elevators, so if you get to be on the 3rd floor be ready to carry your luggage."
