A beautiful resort. Stunning room. Beautiful pebble beach. We only went to the buffet for dinner - not as many options as I would have expected for the price but that might have been because it isn't peak season.
I had a wonderful stay at ,the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is just perfect for relaxing . I enjoyed it so much that I didn ’t hesitate to book again for this weekend . Highly recommended!
Room was extremely clean. Air conditioning was great! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food was great and nightime entertainment was the best! No complaints

Liked: Staff & service
We had a lovely stay here. Staff were lovely especially Caroline, Alberto and Ali. For the price paid the room was small e.g limited storage and nowhere to store luggage. We didnt eat at the restaurant based on limited menu and price. Location was great if you have a car to go to near by places like capo testa and santa teressa. Pool area is lovely and breakfast was nice also
The Resort by itself is good. It provides many services, staff is friendly (except the check in was unsatisfactory).
The annoying part for us is the size of the place and the amount of people. We are used to small beautique hotels and not used for places were buses full of tourists arrive. The breakfast is noisy and a fight for food with (ealder) people. Staff is really friendly, guests not!
Amazing spot, incredible decoration and service. Could improve breakfast missing tables and drinking glasses and have a more accesible restaurant a la carte. Other than that, all very good.
I was really looking forward to staying here and decided to splurge, but I left feeling VERY disappointed. While the grounds were pleasant, the beach was very dirty, unfortunately, one of the least enjoyable I visited during my eight day trip to Sardinia. Even with high winds, other beaches managed to keep their sand clean, but this one was full of debris.
The room itself was average and certainly did not feel worth the expensive price tag. The air conditioning wasn’t working, nor was the TV. Throughout my trip, I stayed in several Airbnbs and hotels much less expensive per night that offered a far better experience.
Everything was very good except the average dinner buffet with poor variety not tasty of meats

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel was not on a beach. They advertised they were on a beach. The property is far from the beach. It’s a 10 minute walk. The other small beach that is a 5 minute walk is very rocky and not for swimming. The swimming beach is a 10 min walk. Also, the hotel said the have shuttles to the beach running until 6pm each night. The shuttle stopped at 5:30pm most nights or earlier.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service was below poor, and the staff showed little regard for hospitality. We received our room only at 4:00 PM, and when we arrived for breakfast at 10:20 AM (which is served until 10:30), we were refused even a cup of coffee.
The assistant restaurant manager, Costanza, was especially rude and unhelpful. When I took a yogurt just after 10:30, she came over and took it out of my hand—an unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
On top of the poor service, the hotel is in a very remote location. Once we moved to another part of Sardinia, we finally started to enjoy our vacation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
The hotel itself is great with its stunning views. The rooms are nice and facility is fresh with nice design. Although, there are some things that did not led up to our expectations: the food is not really that good which makes it extra difficult because there are very few restaurants in the area. And it is also very expensive for what you get, no great value for the money. We also had trouble at the reception: at the arrival they debit you 300 eu and saying they’ll use it for what we’ve spent during our stay once we checkout. When were going to checkout they demanded us to pay our full bill without using the 300 eu we payed our first day. Now we have to wait 5 days until they pay it back. They said one thing but did another.
Another thing that we would’ve appreciated during our stay is if they would’ve given us some information about what the hotel has to offer. You have a tennis court available and the opportunity to rent bikes but we did not get any information about it. We also discover there are busses going from the hotel to Santa Teresa which is great but we had no idea the bus was going, they did not tell us anything. We just figured if there is a bus departing from the hotel and it was, but it would’ve facilitated if they gave us more information.
To summarize our stay we could say that the hotel is gorgeous and looks exactly the same as in the pictures. But the food was disappointing and we are also annoyed about the service in the reception.
