The bedroom, pool need a deep cleaning, the breakfast was OK, not good enough for a 4 stars. But the salvation was Roberto and the animation team. The hotel need some improvemebt it is old and need some deep clean, like the pool board was green

Fin beliggenhet- fryktelig dårlig hotel og service. Toalettet ikke vasket, oppkast på puter og løs konstruksjon på tak som holder deg våken hele natten.

Luogo sporco, camere sporche. Personale inadeguato, composto da ragazzi giovani, inesperti e totalmente maleducati. Molto deluso, ho pagato 138€ a notte, un 4 stelle che, evidentemente, ha perduto qualche stella per strada. Si aggiunga: 6 € di tassa di soggiorno e sono un sardo residente in Sardegna. Inaccettabile

Posizione spettacolare!!!! Struttura molto bella perfettamente integrata nella natura. Belle zone solarium direttamente sul mare. Stanze ben arredate tutte dotate di terrazzo panoramico.

Incantevole location, purtroppo necessita di maggiore manutenzione. Probabilmente lockdown e Covid, non hanno permesso di affrontare la partenza della stagione estiva nel migliore dei modi. Giudizio comunque positivo. La stanza a ridosso del mare vale più di tutto il resto.

Don’t book through hotels.com

I wouldn’t know how club esse was because I didn’t stay there. I booked the room through hotels.com and then got to the hotel and they had no rooms available and didn’t have my reservation. Hotels.com customer service was terrible as well. Still haven’t received a refund or communication from them

Meerblick ja, aber nicht vom Zimmer!

Die Anlage liegt sehr schön in der Bucht. Pool und Meerzugang sind wunderbar. Frühstück ist auch ok. Nicht ok war das wir Zimmer mit Meerblick gegen Aufpreis gebucht haben und kein Meerblickzimmer verfügbar war, von denen es auch nur ganz wenige und auch nur mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus gibt. Bis auf den fehlenden Meerblick war es aber sehr angenehm.

Nicht Empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer war schmutzig. Der Herr an der Reception unfreundlich. Kein Verständniss für die Situation. Haben Timmerwchsel verlangt. Auch das neue Zimmer war nicht besser. Ums ganze Hotel unordnung. Die Lage wäre super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Es hatte sogar Wildschweine im Müll hinter dem Hotel.
