The kitchen was nice and clean. Everything worked in the kitchen. The blackout curtains were excellent. The bed was quite firm, which is not my favorite, but I slept OK. I am not sure the air conditioning worked correctly. It never seemed to cool below the outside temperature. The drain cover in the shower seemed a little broken. The shower head itself had some water deposits. No complaints and I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Really nice stay in Santa Susanna. Especially liked the fact that we could hire bikes very close by and cycle to other places along the coast such as Blanes and Lloret de Mar.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, so many restaurants on the strip behind the hotel (Aruma & El Cielo were our favorites) the staff cleaned constantly, breakfast was so good (Anna was so kind to us), free laundry facilities (just bring your own detergent), free public parking lot within 5 minutes walk of the hotel, an hour from Barcelona city center and central to other places worth visiting like Cadaqués, Peratallada, etc. Rooms have everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself.

Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Bahnhof (Ausflug nach Barcelona ☺️) ist super. Durch eine Unterführung gelangt man ganz einfach zum Strand. Der Pool ist neu und mit Whirpool und Liegen zum Entspannen und Runterkommen bestens geeignet. Es gibt eine Poolbar und die Getränke bekommt man nach der Bestellung auch an die Liegen serviert. Der Service ist großartig. 🤩 Das Hotel liegt in einer belebten Umgebung und vor allem vom Nachbarhotel bekommt man die dortigen Veranstaltungen (Tanz und laute Musik) hautnah mit. Nachtruhe ist somit erst ab 0h gegeben. Daher gebe ich für die Umgebung der Unterkunft nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Hier kann aber dieses Hotel nichts zu!

Un personnel au top du top

La chambre avait tout le confort nécessaire et était très propre tout comme l'hôtel. Cependant il n'y a aucune insonorisation on entend vraiment tout des chaises que l'on traine aux ronflements du voisin d'à côté... C'est aussi assez bruyant avec les cris des enfants. C'est un hôtel familial ce qui s'explique peut être mais si vous y aller pour vous reposer ce n'est pas the good place to be. Par contre tout le personnel est vraiment adorable et fait tout pour que l'on soit bien et satisfait. Ils vont me manquer... J'ai quand même passé un séjour sympa dans cet hôtel.
