"This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and effortless. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. The lobby and the rooms are pristine and I even saw the staff swipe their hands on the walls as if they were checking for dust which is a testament to how clean this hotel is. "The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. I definitely would skip that doing this again. But other than that, the front staff was nice. The grounds were very well kept. It was very close to the main strip walkable. "The hotel is in the heart of the city within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Getsamani. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly with recommendations and reservations to the restaurants near by. The rooms are clean. The roof top bar is very nice. Overall wonderful stay. We will return."
