We waited for our room to be upgraded for 8 hours The room we moved to shower was clogged Literally fighting over bacon food was horrible I wouldn’t stay again just because of the food They tell you nothing about preferred side Room service was a 100000 times better Do not recommend for food. Will stay in Airbnb next time

Very beautiful hotel! Super nice, welcoming and accommodating staff. Food and drinks were great, hotel extremely secure (you have to go through two security guards) & super clean! Would definitely stay here the next time I go back to Cartagena!

For my first experience and not knowing the native language, the staff and concierge were amazing. They made me feel at home regardless of the language barrier. Cant say enough about the staff at Dreams Karibana, you guys are amazing. I wish i remembered the names. Great job and keep doing what you do.

Our first family vacation after having our first baby was a success here at Dreams in Cartagena. The service was the best part of it all. All staff was very friendly. The premier lounge and spa teams were the most helpful for us. The premier lounge team was always there to assist with our needs. The spa team made some wonderful exceptions for my wife and I to enjoy their services, regardless of having the baby with us.
