The hotel was excellent. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious. Many restaurant choice which is necessary considering how remote the property is. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there relaxing soaking up the sun.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The staff was incredibly attentive—friendly, helpful, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was very good, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. The wine was also great, though it did feel a little overpriced compared to the rest of the menu. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Love the hotel 10/10 very clean and staff is very friendly worth every dollar. Only thing I would say there isn’t nothing to do out side of resort your kinda isolated in so bring everything you can from the city.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The food was okay but the worst part is it is in a secluded area. If you are going to relax it is perfect. If you want to experience the culture of Cartagena then you should stay inside the wall

This hotel has been one of the best we’re I’ve stayed. The people and their service was excellent, everyone was so kind and attentive and really gives that extra mile. The facilities were amazing, the food was out of this world. I will definitely come back and it’s 100% recommended

It’s a really nice hotel . Room price is worth it. Price on drinks and food is overpriced compared with what you pay for the room . The quality in the food is excellent. Staff really amazing in general except for the check in process the lady at the front desk was nasty . The rest of the staff were super nice kindly and respectful .
