"We stayed here for our anniversary last year and loved it . Decided to stay again this year. We arrived at 4:00 and our code didn’t work. There are no employees at the property, Only on phone. We called the number and was on hold for 25 minutes. All while a recording was saying your estimated wait is 2 minutes. Finally someone answered and I heard roosters crowing in the background. By this time we had been trying to get in our room an hour. It was 5:00. We got in and the room was decent. Not as nice as last year. The kitchen sink didn’t work at all. We checked if the water under the sink was hooked up and on and it was but we had to use the bathroom sink only all week. The biggest issue was ants! I have pics. The stove area stayed covered in ants we were trying to kill. We didn’t even have food in the room. They were coming in down the wall . I have pics of the ants as well as the trash.. during the whole time we stayed the trash in the elevator areas were never once picked up and the trash was piling up the walls . One garbage bag even stayed at the bottom of the stairs . I was told that a diff company is now over the property that was last year. During the whole stay I didn’t see one employee. The maid carts never moved . Also I got numerous texts on my phone for the last two days “reminding” us checkout was coming up. Even one at 8am on our last day?! Believe me we know when we are checking out ! I think this is our last time staying at 30-a suites "

"The location was great and it was a very cute hotel and cute area. The room that we had was not much bigger than a postage stamp. I guess my fault for not paying more attention to the room description when I booked but good grief...$200+ per night is a little ridiculous fpr that size room. It had a queen size bed and there really wasn't room for much else. I couldn't even open my suitcase on the luggage rack. Also, the floor seemed dirty, luke there was sand everywhere. I get that it is a beach town but we were there for a wedding and didn't go to the beach so I know it wasn't sand that we tracked in. "

"Hotel creeks and makes way too much noise. If you’re not staying on the 3rd floor please do not bother to stay here. You will not get good rest. Also the beds are really uncomfortable."

"Room was very clean. The only negative thing was the water would come out the bottom of the shower door. I would have enjoyed the fire pit especially with the weather being cool on our trip, but it was never on. Breakfast was ok, I would have enjoyed a better selection. The hotel is in a great spot close to 30A but far enough away from the busy traffic of HWY 98. "

"Amazing stay, spacious home, amenities had everything we needed for our family of four. Check in was seamless and staff was extremely responsive to anny of our needs. Already telling my family and friends about it because we will definitely be back! "

"This home was very run down and in need of updating. The furniture was stained and worn. The shower head did not work at all in the second bedroom and we were forced to use the small stand up shower off of the main bedroom which was very tight quarters. "
