"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly, communicative, and helpful from check-in to the restaurant service. However, I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica, and I wouldn’t consider this one fully all-inclusive. Cocktails were premixed, and there was an extra charge for well drinks, snacks like chips and candy, which I found unusual for this kind of resort. "Exceptional hotel, sea views are amazing and worth the extra. Staff are excellent, food is lovely and location amazing, just 2 mins to beach dead opposite. Only critical point would be sun beds, stayed 10 nights and not a chance, sad to say towels down at dawn and no sign of empty beds being removed. Not hotels fault just selfish guests."

"This hotel was closed due to the start of winter, but were moved to Portofino from the beginning of our stay. Which was closer to the beach and all amenities. So glad we were moved."

Highly recommend and will be back!

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Sandra was very helpful when we checked in. The studio we booked was with sea view and it was beautiful I really recommend it, also it has all the amenities. The pool was great and Juan and August were very warm and welcoming too! There are many steps to get to the hotel as other people have pointed out so if you can’t walk up all the stairs this might not be the right place for you. Taxis are very expensive to get around. The hotel has the free beach shuttle that operates certain hours and you book with them. They take you down to the beach and take you back at the hotel, but if you want to go out for food in the evening the steps cannot be avoided unless you are ok to pay more than £30. To get to the hotel from Palma you either get a taxi for more than £50 and I guess depends on the month and how busy it gets or take the bus for less than £10 and then unfortunately go up the stairs holding the luggage(what I did). For me I love the hotel and I will be back but I need to say certain things that might not be ok for some people and need their accommodation to be easily accessible. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel, the walk into the lobby is breathtaking, and the complimentary check in glass of Cava or OJ was a lovely touch! The hotel was immaculate and the service of the staff was brilliant. The pool area is well spaced out with the option to rent a Bali bed (very glad I did), and I had an incredible full body massage on my last day. Local beaches are nice and little towns nearby to mooch around in, good bus links. Usually I wouldn't go back to a hotel again but this one I absolutely would! "
