"Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location near many restaurants and shops. Very large hotel. The bed was just ok but the room was nice with ample space."

"Great property location. The hotel was clean although our room bath tub had a very slow water drainage. Kind of irritated with that because the kids weren't able to shower after me until we checked in to another property. Upon checking in I waled over to the front and realized I forgot my wallet so my husband ran back to the car to retrieved it. The staff did not welcome me or acknowledge that we were there. I stood there for about 5 mins until my husband returned and not a "Hello". Very unwelcoming. I used to be a front office supervisor at an IHG property for many years and that was not a good vibe. Good price for a short stay that included breakfast."

"The check in staff are excellent. But, the cleaning staff need a refresher course on how to actually clean a room. Dirty glasses are left behind that I'm supposed to reuse? Dirty towels and floor mats are not replaced with clean. I'm supposed to reuse a dirty towel? At the price that I am paying per day, i expect clean towels and glasses. Not only that, the ice bucket full of water still remained. One would think that if the ice melts, it could be cleaned out."

"For the historical factor it’s amazing. For room size and cost it’s just okay. Location was what I needed but I’ve stayed just down the street at the Hilton and had a better experience. "
