"Very nice rooms, excellent showers. Bathroom space to put toiletries is a bit small - a very minor point. Wifi is good and reliable. Rooms had an iron and ironing board, but lacked a coffee machine. Good breakfast options, Very helpful staff."

"The room was spacious enough, clean and had everything for a our stay. Staff was helpful, however just a little note, before our arrival no one contacted us or sent us instructions on where to find the airport shuttle, so we ended taking the wrong one and had to walk to the hotel...In the future it would be a good thing to do, just a short message explaining how to get to hotel..everything else was good"

"We had a really nice stay here. The hotel is beautiful, though we were so busy exploring that we didn't even get a chance to use all the amenities! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Walk of Fame and an easy, quick drive over to Universal Studios. We could see the Hollywood sign from our room! Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to sightsee."

"Overall it was a great stay. The staff was fantastic and the bar food was good. However, we did have trouble with the towel situation in the rooms. The first night they didn’t give us any bath towels and when we requested some, they gave us 2 instead of 4. The next day they gave us only 3. That was weird. Also, there was no drinking water offered unless you spent )$10 on bottled water. That was very inconvenient as well 😞"
