"Our recent eight-day stay was marked by consistently friendly and welcoming staff, and the hotel premises were maintained in a clean condition. However, we observed several areas requiring maintenance attention throughout the facility. Specifically, while the carpet was clean, some seams were lifting, and wallpaper seams were also becoming detached. Additionally, there were broken tiles and moldings. The elevator finishes exhibited signs of peeling, and the digital floor indicator did not consistently align with the corresponding buttons. The door number was correct, but the sign on the back of the room door did not match the floor. The mechanical equipment on the roof looks to be past it's useful life with some units missing pieces in order to operate. In previous visits, the food quality was consistently high and exceeded our expectations. However, during this stay, the breakfast quality was notably bland and basic, not matching the high price. Consequently, it no longer appears to offer a superior breakfast experience compared to other hotels. "

"Safe, clean, conveniently located ,older hotel hotel"

"The hotel room was average - we were given a room which was too small and claustrophobic, and after requesting the front desk staff, they changed it to another room which had windows, but the size of the room was less than we anticipated. Also, the corridors were quite dirty. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the shuttles were on time."

"The hotel is centrally located. Which is nice and convenient. The rooms were small which I was surprised given the amount of money I paid and how big the hotel really is. One of the things I DO NOT recommend is bell services. When I arrived it took bell services more than hour to get my luggage’s to my room. During check out it was the same issue. I had to call like 3 times to see if someone was coming. The third time I was told that the bell person had come and knock on my door and no one answer so I had to literally grab all of my stuff and put them outside our room so he wouldn’t miss us. The valet is awesome. Super easy to drop off and pick up your car. "

"We stayed there for two nights and valet parked my car . On the day we were checking out, the valet services lost my Tesla’s key. The staff was very helpful to locate the car via security cameras and I had to go get the car from the garage with their staff . They were apologetic about it and were going to reserve my valet fees . It was inconvenient and has never happened to me before. "

"The people who work there are so so sweet especially the lady at night I forget her name but she’s honestly the best, about the hotel, we arrived at around 1 am. Absolutely exhausted, to walk into the room and a HUGE roach was on the ground running from out the bathroom , thankfully the lady working at night killed it for us, we were mortified but she switched our room for the night and it was fine from then on, the hotel only gave the first night free parking n then took off 100 dollars for something. To be so for real, should’ve been th first day free. Worried the rest of the trip about roaches, should NOT be a worry but it was. Everyone know they did what they could I guess but I still don’t agree with paying 3000 cad for a hotel w a roach. Pretty gross "
