"The staff was kind and the room was okay. The bed was nice but the room was fairly small and I didn't love the way the bathroom was designed. To be honest, I guess I was just expecting more because the pictures were great. The breakfast buffet was very nice."

"When we arrived they said the room wasn’t ready due to no air conditioning and that it wouldn’t be ready until the next day, and they didn’t have another room.
